From One Room to a Mansion, In My
Father House, There Are Many Mansions
The founding Board of Directors met
on January 14, 1984 met at the A. D. Williams
Recreation Center under the leadership of Mr. Marion L.
Simpson.
Over the years the Young Adult
Guidance Center, Inc. (YAGC) has received numerous
awards, citations, plaques, certificates and other
honors, from various civil, community, schools,
churches, governments, and private businesses. The old
site was demolished in 1998 to make way for the new
facility.
